MasterMind
2022
This is a committee of the association S.G. Daedalus run by master students for master students. The goal of the committee is to connect master's students with each other and with bachelor's students. This is done by organising fun activities to promote socialising, but also by organising more serious activities to aid in participant's studies.
In this committee I fulfilled the role of chairwoman, below you find a few of the organised activities.
The goal of this activity was to let bachelor students and master students socialise while learning a new creative hobby. This activity was organised in collaboration with Iris Borduurt a webshop run by an alumnus of the University of Twente.
A thesis talk is a recurring type of activity that is organised 3 or 4 times per year. The goal of these talks is to help master students with their thesis. The themes change each time, to cover all aspects of the thesis process. During these talks lecturers, alumni, or students working on their thesis give a short presentation on the topic and are available for questions.
